Features of ZLG1 series Load Isolation Switch
1. ZLG1 series load isolation switch is widely used in power distribution systems and automation systems in architectural, power, petrochemical, and other industries. Its shell is made of unsaturated polyester resin and reinforced by fiber glass. This greatly increases its dielectric performance, protective capability, and reliable security during operation.
2. The operating mechanism is designed to carry out instant release, which makes instant on and off of the double breakpoint contact.
3. It has many structures and operating modes. The ON/OFF state of the contact can be observed through the window. The operations can either be carried out inside or outside the board. There are also frontal and lateral operations.
4. Our ZLG1 series load isolation switch has the following features: elegant appearance, concise structure and small size, and capability to carry out numerous functions.
5. The spring accelerating mechanism facilitates instantaneous release to realize rapid on and off applications (above 13m/s). This has nothing to do with the speed of the operating handle, greatly increasing its capability of extinguishing the electric arc.
6. Its shell is made of DMC unsaturated polyester resin and reinforced by fiber glass. It has an excellent flame-retardant property, dielectric performance, resistance to carbonization, impact resistance, and good thermal stability, etc.
7. Parallel double break contact has self-cleaning functions.
8. All the materials of the contact are copper alloy painted with silver.

Operation Environment and Applications
1. Operating environment
ZLG1 series load isolation switch can operate reliably under the following circumstances:
a. Elevation is not more than 2,000m;
b. Ambient temperature is not higher than 40℃, and not below-5℃;
c. Relative humidity is not over 95%;
d. Surrounding conditions: no explosive medium, no rain or snow.
Note: if you want to use the device in the place where the temperature is over +40℃ or below -5℃~-45℃, please inform the manufacturer.
2. Applications
The switch can be used in the circuit of AC 50Hz, rated voltage of up to 400V, and rated current of up to 630A, for infrequent make and break.

Structure and Characteristics of ZLG1-125A~630A Load Isolation Switch:
1. The ZLG1-125A~630A load isolation switch has three poles, 4 poles (three poles +on-off neutral pole). It is suitable for the on and off operation of the electric circuit or electric insulation.
The mark window in the front indicates the ON/OFF status of the contact.
If necessary, a rear observation window can be provided to directly observe the ON/OFF status of the contact through the window.
Operating mode:
Direct operation: the handle is installed directly in the middle of the switch.
Operation outside the Board: the handle is installed outside the power distributing board.
It can be assembled with two groups of auxiliary contacts.
